The Lyric Hammersmith Theatre production of Michael Frayn鈥檚 popular backstage farce Noises Off will transfer to the West End this fall, with performances beginning September 27 at The Garrick Theatre.
The revival marks the fourth time Frayn鈥檚 comedy has been produced in the West End. The play-within-a-play premiered at the Lyric Hammersmith in 1982 prior to transferring to the West End later that year.
Transferring with the production will be BAFTA Television Award nominee Meera Syal (Beautiful Thing, Absolutely Anything and The Kumars at No. 42) as Dotty Otley, Lloyd Owen (Cleaning Up, Monarch of the Glen) as Lloyd Dallas, BAFTA winner Daniel Rigby (Eric & Ernie and One Man, Two Guvnor) as Garry Lejeune, and Simon Rouse (Hangmen, Local Hero, The Bill) as Selsdon Mowbray.
Further casting for the West End engagement will be announced.
The limited West End engagement will run through January 4, 2020. Tickets are now on sale.
