The Daily Mail鈥檚 reports that a new booking period for Harry Potter and the Cursed Child will be launched during the first week of August, though exact details have not been confirmed. According to the entertainment columnist, tens of thousands of seats will soon be on offer to see the show from June 2017.

Similarly to Broadway鈥檚 smash hit Hamilton, tickets to the Harry Potter stage show are very hard to come by and are currently sold through May 2017.

Performances began June 7 for J.K. Rowling, John Tiffany and Jack Thorne's Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, Parts One and Two at London's Palace Theatre, prior to an official opening July 30. The production stars as Harry Potter with Noma Dumezwen as Hermione and Thornley as Ron.

While Harry grapples with a past that refuses to stay where it belongs, his youngest son Albus must struggle with the weight of a family legacy he never wanted. As past and present fuse ominously, both father and son learn the uncomfortable truth: sometimes, darkness comes from unexpected places.鈥
