The Broadway revival of and Claude-Michel Sch枚nberg鈥檚 opens March 23 at the Broadway Theatre.
Produced by Cameron Mackintosh, this new staging is directed Miss Saigon has music by Sch枚nberg with lyrics by Richard Maltby Jr. and Boublil, adapted from original French lyrics by Boublil, with additional lyrics by Michael Mahler.
This new revival鈥攚hich comes to Broadway after a 2014 London run鈥攕tars as Kim, as Chris, as The Engineer, and Rachelle Ann Go as Gigi, each of whom originated their roles in London. The principal cast also features as Ellen, Nicholas Christopher as John, and Devin Ilaw as Thuy. Lianah Sta. Ana plays the role of Kim at certain performances.

The musical, according to press notes, 鈥渢ells the story of young bar girl named Kim, orphaned by war, who falls in love with Chris, an American GI鈥攂ut their lives are torn apart by the fall of Saigon.鈥�
The production has musical staging by Bob Avian and additional choreography by Geoffrey Garratt. Production design is by Totie Driver and Matt Kinley, based on an original concept by Adrian Vaux; costume design is by Andreane Neofitou; lighting design is by Bruno Poet; sound design is by ; orchestrations are by William David Brohn.
