°ëµºÌåÓý Universe Read What Critics Had to Say About µþ°ù´Ç²¹»å·É²¹²â’s ´¡³¾Ã©±ô¾±±ð The musical, based on the film of the same name, is headlined by Phillipa Soo.

The Broadway premiere of ´¡³¾Ã©±ô¾±±ð, starring Hamilton Tony nominee Phillipa Soo in the title role, opened officially at the Walter Kerr Theatre April 3. The new musical, featuring a score by Daniel Messé and Nathan Tysen and a book by Craig Lucas, began performances March 9.

Based on the five-time Oscar-nominated film, the show follows ´¡³¾Ã©±ô¾±±ð, a young woman who brings joy (and mayhem) to strangers in Paris by improvising covert acts of kindness. When a chance at love comes her way, she realizes she’ll have to risk everything and say what’s in her heart to find happiness.

In addition to Soo, the cast features David Andino, Randy Blair, Heath Calvert, Alison Cimmet, Savvy Crawford, Manoel Felciano, Harriett D. Foy, Alyse Alan Louis, Maria-Christina Oliveras, , Paul Whitty, Emily Afton, and Jacob Keith Watson.

The production has scenic and costume design by , co-lighting design by Tony nominee Jane Cox and Mark Barton, sound design from Tony nominee Kai Harada, projection design by Drama Desk Award winner Peter Nigrini, puppet design by Amanda Villalobos, musical direction by Kimberly Grigsby, vocal arrangements by Grigsby and Messé, and orchestrations by Tony winner Bruce Coughlin.
