At the 2025 Tony Awards, after the winners made their acceptance speeches from the stage of Radio City Music Hall, they were then ushered backstage and across the street to the official Tony Awards Press Room. There, they gave in-the-moment reactions to their wins and posed for photos.
The reactions were many and emotional—from two-time Tony winner Kara Young crying as she saw Branden Jacobs-Jenkins win his Best Play Tony for Purpose (which Young starred in) to Sarah Snook revealing if she'll do The Picture of Dorian Gray film.
