Qui Nguyen's play She Kills Monsters follows Agnes Evans, who discovers a Dungeons & Dragons module written by her late sister, and decides to play the game in an attempt to connect with her. The play had its world premiere at the Flea Theater in 2011, and has since become popular with school and community theatres, both in its original version and in a Young Adventurers Edition (which is designed for schools).
