Dean Chisnall, most recently seen as Jean Valjean in Les Mis茅rables at the Sondheim, steps into the title role of London's The Phantom of the Opera beginning July 29 at His Majesty鈥檚 Theatre.
The long-running production, which is currently booking through March 29, 2025, also welcomes Joanna Ampil (Miss Saigon, Jesus Christ Superstar) as Carlotta Giudicelli, Martin Ball (Beauty and the Beast, Wicked) as Monsieur Firmin, Helen Hobson (Come From Away, Mamma Mia!) as Madame Giry, and Millie Lyon in her West End debut as Meg Giry plus ensemble members Anya Alindada, Lily Allen-Dodd, George Arvidson, Embla Bishop, David Burilin, Fergus Dale, Emily George, Molly Hall, Will Hawksworth, Nicholas Hepher, Mandy Kwan, Jess Michelmore, and Johnny Randall.
Continuing in the show are Lily Kerhoas as Christine Daa茅, Joe Griffiths-Brown as Raoul, Adam Linstead as Monsieur Andr茅, and David Kristopher-Brown as Ubaldo Piangi. At certain performances the role of Christine Daa茅 is played by Eve Shanu-Wilson.

The Phantom of the Opera has music by Andrew Lloyd Webber, lyrics by Charles Hart, additional lyrics by Richard Stilgoe, and a book by Stilgoe and Lloyd Webber, based on the novel Le Fant么me de l鈥橭pera by Gaston Leroux.
The musical also has orchestrations by David Cullen and Lloyd Webber, music supervision by Simon Lee, production design by Maria Bj枚rnson, set design adapted by Matt Kinley with associate costume design by Jill Parker, lighting by Andrew Bridge, associate lighting design by Warren Letton, and sound by Mick Potter. The musical staging and choreography are by Gillian Lynne, recreated and adapted by Chrissie Cartwright. Originally directed by Harold Prince, this production is directed by Seth Sklar-Heyn.
