News Nina Arianda and Sam Rockwell Set Broadway Return in Sam Shepard's Fool for Love Tony Award winner Nina Arianda, last seen Off-Broadway in Tales From Red Vienna, will return to Broadway in 2015 in the Manhattan Theatre Club production of Sam Shepard's Fool for Love.

Previews of the myth about the Wild West will begin at the Samuel J. Friedman Theatre Sept. 15, 2015, prior to an official opening Oct. 8.

Sam Rockwell will co-star with Arianda; the two first starred in Fool for Love at .

, who helmed the Williamstown production, will direct the play, which is billed as such: "Holed up in a seedy motel on the edge of the Mojave Desert, two former lovers unpack the deep secrets and dark desires of their tangled relationship, passionately tearing each other apart. Beaten down by ill-fated love and a ruthless struggle for identity, can they ultimately live with, or without, each other?"

Arianda made her Broadway debut in a Tony-nominated performance in , followed by , for which she won the Tony. Her film work includes "Midnight in Paris" and "The Disappearance of Eleanor Rigby." She has appeared on "The Good Wife" and "30 Rock" and will star as Janis Joplin in the upcoming film "Joplin."

Rockwell has performed onstage in . His film work includes "Iron Man 2," "Cowboys & Aliens" and " Seven Psychopaths." The Broadway production of Fool for Love is presented by Manhattan Theatre Club in association with Williamstown Theatre Festival.

Additional casting and creative team for Fool for Love will be announced at a later date.

Additionally, Manhattan Theatre Club will present the world premiere of 's Ripcord Off-Broadway at New York City Center - Stage 1.

The comedy will begin previews Sept. 29, 2015, prior to an official opening Oct. 20.
