Stars in the House, the daily live streamed concert series created by 半岛体育 correspondent and SiriusXM Broadway host Seth Rudetsky and producer James Wesley, presents a reading of Wade Dooley's The Prompter December 7.
The 8 PM reading, part of the Plays in the House spinoff series, features direction by Scott Schwartz, who also hosts. The cast includes Dooley, Julia Motyka, Adam Petherbridge, and Brenda Vaccaro.
Stars in the House launched March 16 to promote and its services in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic. It has also raised funds for the NAACP's Legal Defense Fund in support of the Black Lives Matter movement.
New shows鈥攖ypically streaming Monday鈥揝aturday at 8 PM ET with afternoon shows Saturday and Sunday at 2 PM鈥攆eature performances by stars of stage and screen, in conversation and song with Rudetsky and Wesley. Peter Flynn serves as streaming director.
