Steven Pasquale, last seen on Broadway in American Son, heads to the small screen as part of Fox鈥檚 upcoming drama Filthy Rich. The stage and TV veteran will play Reverend Paul Luke Thomas, according to , replacing the pilot鈥檚 David Denman.
Sex and the City star and Broadway alum Kim Cattrall headlines the series; among are stage favorite Corey Cott, Aubrey Dollar, Benjamin Aguilar, Mark L. Young, Melia Kreiling, Steve Harris, and Olivia Macklin.
Filthy Rich will follow a southern family after the death of their patriarch, the founder of a successful Christian TV network (of which Reverend Paul is an influential key player). Following the father鈥檚 death, the family discovers that he secretly had three illegitimate children鈥攁nd wrote them into his will.
Pasquale recently filmed a of Christopher Demos-Brown鈥檚 American Son, reuniting with his Broadway co-stars Kerry Washington, Jeremy Jordan, and Eugene Lee. His additional stage credits include Broadway鈥檚 Junk, The Bridges of Madison County, and Reasons to Be Pretty.
