The Ford's Theatre production of the Stephen Sondheim and James Lapine classic Into the Woods began performances March 8 in Washington D.C. The production, directed by Peter Flynn (Ford's Ragtime, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, 1776), will continue its run through May 22.
The cast of Into the Woods is made up of Hasani Allen (Second Wolf/Rapunzel's Prince), Evan Casey (Baker), Tiziano D'Affuso (Milky White), Wyn Delano (Steward), Erin Driscoll (Cinderella), Maria Egler (Cinderella's Stepmother), Rayanne Gonzales (Jack's Mother), Jade Jones (Little Red Ridinghood), Ashleigh King (Lucinda), Quynh-My Luu (Rapunzel), Justine "Icy" Moral (Flordina), Christopher Mueller (First Wolf/Cinderella's Prince), Christopher Michael Richardson (Cinderella's Father), Awa Sal Secka (Baker's Wife), Scott Sedar (Narrator/Mysterious Man), Karen Vincent (Cinderella's Mother/Granny/Giant), Sam Nour Younes (Jack), and Rachel Zampelli (Witch).
