Sesame Street: The Musical, the Off-Broadway stage adaptation of the beloved children's TV show, began performances September 8 at Theatre Row and features songs from the long-running series and new ones by composers Tom Kitt, Helen Park, and Nate Edmondson.

The world premiere musical from Rockefeller Productions and Sesame Workshop runs through November 27 Off-Broadway. Like the TV show, the stage musical also promises Broadway celebrity guest stars.
Rockefeller Productions' previous works include 顿颈蝉苍别测鈥檚 Winnie the Pooh: The New Musical Stage Adaptation, which launches a nationwide tour September 16, Paddington Gets in a Jam, and The Very Hungry Caterpillar.
