Tony nominee Harry Connick, Jr.鈥攚ho last appeared on Broadway in December 2019 with Harry Connick, Jr.-A Celebration of Cole Porter and later played Daddy Warbucks in NBC's live production of 础苍苍颈别鈥�has announced a new holiday tour.
Entitled A Holiday Celebration and featuring the music of the season, the celebrated crooner will kick off the tour November 18 in Hershey, Pennsylvania, before visiting DPAC in Durham, North Carolina (November 22鈥�23), David Geffen Hall at New York's Lincoln Center (November 27鈥�28), Mesa Arts Center in Mesa, Arizona (December 12鈥�13), Hollywood Pantages Theatre in Los Angeles (December 15鈥�17), Seattle鈥檚 Benaroya Hall (December 19鈥�20), and San Francisco's Davies Symphony Hall on Christmas Eve.
Connick Jr. has released three Christmas albums, including When My Heart Finds Christmas (1993), Harry for the Holidays (2003), and What A Night! (2008). He has presented three residencies on Broadway, An Evening with Harry Connick Jr. and His Orchestra, Harry Connick Jr. in Concert on Broadway, and Harry Connick Jr. - A Celebration of Cole Porter. He has also acted in two Broadway musicals, The Pajama Game, opposite Kelli O'Hara; and On A Clear Day You Can See Forever, opposite Jessie Mueller. In 2001 he wrote the music and lyrics for Thou Shalt Not, for which he received a Tony nomination.
