St. Ann's Warehouse will present the U.S. premiere of 脡douard Louis' Who Killed My Father (Qui a tu茅 mon p猫re) this spring. Produced by Schaub眉hne Berlin and Th茅芒tre de la Ville Paris, performances will run May 18-June 5 with an official opening May 22.
Louis and director Thomas Ostermeier reunite for the production; the two previously collaborated on the theatricalization of History of Violence, Louis' autobiographical novel, which was also produced by Schaub眉hne and premiered at St. Ann's Warehouse in 2019.
This adaptation of Louis' book of the same name, which takes audiences through his strained relationship with his father and its roots in how the French government handles the working poor, features the author telling the story himself. Louis performs professionally for the first time in this production.

Who Killed My Father's creative team features video designers S茅bastien Dupouey and Marie Sanchez, stage designer Nina Wetzel, costume designer Caroline Tavernier, lighting designer Erich Schneider, composer Sylvain Jacques, and dramaturgs Florian Borchmeyer and Elisa Leroy. Leroy also serves as producer alongside Anne Arnz.
