The new U.K. production of Andrew Lloyd Webber's Sunset Boulevard, which will premiere at the Curve in Leicester beginning September 16 prior to an official opening September 28 for a run through September 30, has announced its initial slate of touring dates.
It will visit Edinburgh's Playhouse (October 3鈥�7), Norwich's Theatre Royal (October 9鈥�14), Manchester's Palace (October 23鈥揘ovember 4), Aberdeen's His Majesty's (November 6鈥�11), Birmingham Hippodrome (November 13鈥�18), Dublin's Bord Gais Energy Theatre (November 20鈥�25), Milton Keynes Theatre (November 28鈥揇ecember 2), Bristol's Hippodrome (January 9鈥�13, 2017), Southampton's Mayflower (January 16鈥�20), Woking's New Victoria Theatre (January 22鈥�27), Southend's Cliffs Pavilion (January 29鈥揊ebruary 3) and Badford's Alhambra (February 5鈥�10), with further cities to be announced.
The production stars Ria Jones as Norma Desmond. Further casting is still to be announced.
