Part-time Company Management Assistant
Florida Studio Theatre, a professional LORT D regional Theatre with five active theatre spaces, located in downtown Sarasota, FL is seeking a Part Time Company Management Assistant to assist with housing, transportation and hospitality needs for visiting artists. The right candidate will be detail-oriented, able to work independently and have excellent communication skills.
The amount of hours available each week may vary depending on the needs of the theatre, but is expected to be at least 20 hours per week. Daytime, Evening and Weekend availability preferred, as flexibility will be key.
Responsibilities include:
路 Providing transportation for visiting artists including but not limited to airport pick-ups, grocery store runs, doctor鈥檚 appointments and errands
- Preparing housing for visiting artists, including turnover, key distribution and minor maintenance related tasks
- Maintaining/monitoring company vehicles
- Shopping for artist and/or housing needs
- Assist with tracking of housing inventory
- Assist with artist expense reimbursements
- Assist with scheduling and logistics of housing turnovers, artist arrivals and departures.
- Share after-hours on-call duties as needed
All applicants must have valid driver's license and own vehicle, and be able to lift up to 25 pounds. Should be comfortable driving company vehicles, including 15 passenger van.
Pay: $15-16 per hour
