Job Title: All Star Cheerleading, Dance, and Tumbling Coaches

While our teams do attend competitions our focus is on building a sense of community, teamwork, leadership and promoting wellness. New York All Stars also has a robust performing arts program and encourages coaches with a background in the performing arts to apply.
Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic and patient coaches with a background in working with kids. Practices are held on evenings and weekends. Saturday morning availability is required.
Responsibilities:
Lead and instruct beginner-intermediate practices for kids.
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans.
Create a positive and inclusive atmosphere that fosters teamwork and confidence.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during practices.
Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to help each child improve.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their child's progress.
Assist with organizing and participating in showcases, performances, and events.
Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.
Qualifications
Experience working with children in a coaching, teaching, or mentoring capacity.
Knowledge of current coaching standards for All Star Cheer, Dance and Tumbling/Acrobatics
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Energetic, positive, and patient personality.
Ability to motivate and engage young athletes.
CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
